本页用于申请删除 BJT / CATALINA JAPAN K.K. 账号及相关个人数据。This page explains how to request deletion of your BJT / CATALINA JAPAN K.K. account and related personal data.

删除范围与处理时限
收到申请并完成必要确认后，我们将在 30 天内 处理删除请求。
删除范围包括：
- 账号资料与登录信息
- 学习进度、练习记录、错题等学习数据
- 与购买记录相关的个人身份数据
但法律、税务、会计或纠纷处理所需的最小交易记录，可能会在必要期限内保留。

To request deletion of your BJT account and related personal data, please email us at:
[email protected]- Email subject: Account Deletion
- In the message body, include your registered email address and state that you request deletion of your BJT account and related data.
To prevent accidental deletion, we may verify your identity using your registered email address before processing the request.
Data Deleted and Processing Time
After receiving your request and completing any necessary verification, we will process the deletion request within 30 days.
The deletion scope includes:
- Account profile and login information
- Learning progress, practice records, and incorrect-answer data
- Personally identifiable data associated with purchase records
Minimum transaction records required for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes may be retained for the required period.
